Now run by Alemayehu, the son of Gizaw and Frehiwot, the family’s washing station in Guji’s Dimitu, Harosema village continues a legacy of dedication to quality. Heirloom cherries are handpicked and carefully dried on raised African beds for up to 26 days.
Grown at soaring altitudes of 1750–2200 MASL and nurtured by Guji’s distinctive climate, this naturally processed coffee is a benchmark for classic Ethiopian naturals: vibrant and expressive, with sparkling lemon sherbet acidity, juicy notes of raspberry and blueberry, a buttery body, and a mulled wine spice finish.
